Sam Ricci was my sales representative. I had a list of what I wanted and didn't want on my new roof. I also had a few questions. Sam was patient and knowledgeable about everything.

My home has both exterior siding and block. Sam helped me find a roofing color and style to match both. It's a clean, sharp look. Sam is GREAT!

David and Sergio were the supervisors here. They're EXCEPTIONAL people. They and their crew removed my old cedar shake roof and installed a new plywood deck in two days! The new shingles, vents, standpipe collars, etc. took another day and a half.

Whoever did the clean up around the house at the end of EVERY day did an EXCELLENT JOB!

Anyone needing a new roof or repairs should at least get their free inspection and cost estimate. Bring your list of questions and concerns.

We used Ky-Ko many years ago. The foam roof they installed did not need maintenance for 16 years. We had them out to repair a few small tears in the foam and to recoat. The services from KyKo was exceptional. They sent a professional, experienced individual to inspect the roof. All his suggestions were very reasonable. Notification for crews to arrive was easy and timely. Crews were on time, careful, kept project tidy and clean, and did a thorough job. After job was completed, an employee inspected to insure it was done correctly. Strongly recommend this company.

We have used Ky-Ko roofing twice now to repair our roof. A recent monsoon storm damaged a bunch of tiles on our roof. Several roofing companies stopped by our house to give estimates. The prices they quoted were outrageous. I called Ky-Ko and Kyler came out to give an estimate and his estimate was very reasonable. I felt he was very professional and kind. Both times that my roof was repaired I worked with Kyler. He definitely cares about quality. The guy that came out to repair the roof was very professional and did an awesome job. My patio roof had a leak. I got four estimates but Kyko had the most comprehensive estimate, seeing things the others didn’t. I thought that’s why their bid would be highest… but it wasn’t! I met with Mark this morning. He was on time for our appointment and quite professional. After checking my roof, he advised me of a small issue that should be addressed in the near future that involved an existing skylight. The actual reason for the visit was because I thought I might add one of those "whirlybird" devices to help vent the attic. After actually getting on the roof, he advised that I already had a "ridge vent", so there was no need to go there. I asked his opinion of adding a whirlybird. His response was that over time they seem to fail and since I had the ridge vent already, it may not really be needed. Clearly, I felt he was giving me an honest opinion, to which I appreciated very much. After all, why spend the extra money if not needed? I would recommend this business if asked.

There are many roofing companies to choose from, but whenever a company stands behind their work even after the warranty expired is a keeper. I experienced wood rot and the team of Oscar, Thomas and Marvin totally exceeded my expectations. The cost, workmanship, and customer service – (everyone I dealt with either through (voice, email or text) were first rate. They walk their talk when it comes to only doing the work if it's necessary and do not cut corners. They truly takes great care of their customers. I had one tile that I knew was an issue and KY-KO was very clear what their minimum cost was (which was much lower than 2 of their competitors'). I agreed to the minimum cost for the repair and while they were on the roof they checked other tiles and repaired them at no extra cost. A week later a tile I could see from the ground was cracked and needed to be repaired. They immediately stated they would fix it as something they may have missed. I have no idea if it was them although I know I was extremely satisfied with how they conducted their business and stood behind their work.

Just so you know, the person that did the original estimate came off of the roof and stated he loved our roof. He saw what needed to be repaired and told me the roof could last another 30 years. I am a roofing moron and he could have told me anything. KY-KO is in the business for the satisfaction of their customers and not the satisfaction of their wallets.
