Very professional. Scheduled the work at a date of my choosing. Every night, they completely cleaned up the drive way and re started the next day. Ky-Ko was recommended to me by another client. I believe the price is reasonable and the work was excellent.

I had one tile that I knew was an issue and KY-KO was very clear what their minimum cost was (which was much lower than 2 of their competitors’). I agreed to the minimum cost for the repair and while they were on the roof they checked other tiles and repaired them at no extra cost. A week later a tile I could see from the ground was cracked and needed to be repaired. They immediately stated they would fix it as something they may have missed. I have no idea if it was them although I know I was extremely satisfied with how they conducted their business and stood behind their work.Just so you know, the person that did the original estimate came off of the roof and stated he loved our roof. He saw what needed to be repaired and told me the roof could last another 30 years. I am a roofing moron and he could have told me anything. KY-KO is in the business for the satisfaction of their customers and not the satisfaction of their wallets.The commercial on the radio is true! You have won a customer for life KY-KO!

Had a large hole in our roof that was leaking during rain storms and we finally came to terms that it’s finally time to get it replaced. We couldn’t be happier that we chose Kyko for the job. Kyko has done a wonderful job for us over the years. The last project was a major deck repair. They were knowledgable and quick. The job required all new flashing, removal of wrought iron railings and re-installing them, tongue and groove marine grade plywood, heavy duty screws and three layers of epoxy, of which the second layer included sand. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Actually better than the original.

Also known as ‘composition’ shingles, this material is made from a mixture of asphalt, minerals, and a cellulose mat. This type of shingle is affordable, relatively durable, and an attractive option.

Fiberglass shingles also contain asphalt, but have a fiberglass base mat instead of the cellulose mat. This is a tough, durable, and exceptionally popular type of shingle used on homes across the Valley. In general, we’ll typically recommend fiberglass shingles: while they are more expensive, they hold up better in our hot summers and offer greater water and fire resistance.
