Our roofing insurance
Like all reputable and honest service companies, KY-KO Roofing carries multiple insurance policies designed to protect your property and our team in the event of an accident. While incredibly rare and unlikely given our safety equipment and precautions, any injuries to our employees are covered by our insurance.
Never work with a roofer that doesn’t have insurance, or is unwilling to provide you with proof of their insurance coverage. Their cost-cutting could become your misfortune in the event of an accident.
- All of our roofers are licensed, bonded, and insured.
- Never work with an uninsured or underinsured roofer! You could be liable for any damages or injuries that occur.
- We’re happy to provide you with proof of our licensing and insurance upon request. Just ask us!
Reputation matters.
Why work with an insured roofer?
1
Trustworthiness
Any reputable roofer carries insurance policies that protect their customers and team. If a roofer is uninsured, steer clear of working with them—otherwise, you’re taking on a lot of risk.
2
Safety
If a roofer is negligent enough to work without insurance, what else are they missing? They might also be taking the cheap route on employees, safety equipment, and their materials.
3
Peace of Mind
You deserve better than worrying about whether or not a roofer is going to get hurt—and if you’ll be held liable since it happened on your property. Work with an insured roofer—it’s worth it.
Our Owner’s Pride Guarantee
We believe quality matters. For us, that extends from our work and our insurance to the materials we use on every project. Our Owner’s Pride Guarantee is our pledge to you: we’ll only use the very best, UL-rated materials on your roofing project. That means high-quality tile, shingles, foam, and all the accessories.
